Why do I enjoy coaching?
When I was about four years old, I loved going on walks at the ranch with my maternal grandmother in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. My grandmother, Mama Coco, would gently cut wildflowers and weave them into a crown for me.
As I helped her with household chores, we would talk and reflect on life. She was a wise woman and often reminded me that flowers should always stay close to us—not only to decorate our surroundings but also to ease stress, sadness, anger, and confusion. Flowers became an important part of my world growing up.
By the time I was eight, I was creating flower crowns not just for myself, but also for my Ballet Folkloric dance group. That’s when I discovered the joy of helping others look and feel beautiful. Later, I began journaling and learned the power of reflection and using my time with purpose.
These moments—rooted in my grandmother’s wisdom and nature’s quiet lessons—taught me to shine my creativity and share it with others. Flowers showed me that peace and joy come when we spend time in nature, nurture our imagination, and invest in our talents.
As I grew older, I found fulfillment in sharing wisdom and encouragement with my friends. That simple act of giving became a source of strength and purpose, helping me overcome challenges in life.
Today, I continue this journey as a SHINE Coach. Through my Writing, Art, and Flower Therapy Workshops, I help others reconnect with their creativity, discover inner peace, and embrace the joy of self-expression.
Coaching allows me to pass on what was once gifted to me—a life filled with reflection, creativity, and purpose.

Step into a sacred space of beauty, sisterhood, and transformation with Crowned with Purpose—a one-of-a-kind motivational workshop where women create their own flower crowns as a symbol of identity, healing, and hope.
In this hands-on experience, each bloom and stem becomes more than decoration; it becomes a declaration. As participants weave together flowers, they’ll also weave together stories, scripture, quotes, and self-worth—rediscovering their God-given beauty and power.
Guided by inspirational facilitators, women will:
🌸 Craft a unique flower crown that symbolizes their journey, growth, and divine calling.
🌸 Engage in soul-stirring conversations and reflective exercises that help release pain, embrace healing, and reclaim purpose.
🌸 Hear encouraging words and testimonies rooted in faith, reminding them they are crowned with glory and honor (Psalm 8:5).
🌸 Leave renewed and confident—not just adorned with flowers, but equipped with truth, joy, and a fresh sense of identity.

Book Into Art: Where Words Come Alive 📖-$55 pp
$45 pp if more than 10 participants

In this inspiring session, students will breathe new life into old book pages—literally turning literature into visual art. Each student selects a page from a donated or recycled book, then pulls out meaningful words from the text to create a “found poem” or statement. Around those words, they’ll design original art—drawing, painting, or collaging to reflect the emotion, theme, or message they discovered.
Goals:
✦ Encourage creative thinking and emotional expression
✦ Deepen engagement with language and hidden meaning
✦ Promote literature and resourceful art-making
✦ Build confidence through sharing unique interpretations
Students will:
✔ Highlight or circle selected words/phrases on a page
✔ Paint and decorate the rest of the text to reveal their chosen message
✔ Create a visual masterpiece that frames and enhances the meaning
✔ Present their artwork as part of a gallery-style display or classroom showcase. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.
